In this interactive workshop, CTE instructors share their challenges in managing their teaching environment (classroom and laboratory). The presenters will share ideas and examples to assist the CTE instructors to better manage their classrooms, on-line courses, and laboratories. Discussion will involve developing rules and consequences, work procedures and routine operations to enhance the learning environment. Dr. Greg Belcher, Pittsburg State University, is the facilitator for the workshop.
